Used some accumulated points and got a hamburger kids meal. 7000 points. Hamburger because cheeseburger option is not there with points, then cheeseburger 2000 points. Then under deals got a free medium fry with minimum $1 purchase. So I got a xs dr pepper and paid under $1.50. So I'd say me and my daughter had a good haul for the price! Hastings way, Eau Claire WI.
Not a fan of the kiosks

McDonald's is a fast and efficient restaurant where orders can be placed through the app for a smooth pick-up experience. The interior is clean and pleasant. However, there have been issues with drive-thru orders, particularly with nugget sauces not being included or offered, causing customer frustration. Additionally, there have been problems with mayonnaise requests, such as not being able to get it in a cup for dipping fries, or the chicken sandwiches having mayo on the bun but not inside the sandwich. The management team is encouraged to improve these areas for a better customer experience. Customers also appreciate that the staff responds quickly when mistakes happen, like fixing orders promptly and providing fresh food without extra charge. The customer service is often praised, especially by new employees who show professionalism and respect. Many customers enjoy using the McDonald's app, which helps them save money and get meals quickly. Overall, the food is typical McDonald's fare, and while not extraordinary, the friendly service and efforts to improve make the experience better.
