“I had a bad experience today I went in there to pick up a door dash order and the guy approached me with for future reference don't park in the curbside pickup park a couple spots down!! Approach is everything you could have said please don't park there anymore we want that for curbside pickup?!! So I called the manager to say something and she asked me who I dealt with I said the guy with the long hair down to his back that should be pinned up better!! She said if you don't have anything nice to say about my workers I'm going to hang up I said I have problems with no one else there so I don't really have anything nice to say about him but still didn't say anything rude just the truth about his hair she then hung up on me so I called back 2 times and she picked up the phone and hung up on me again without saying anything!! So I called corporate and talked to Casey thanks for listening and addressing my concerns you two should be ashamed of yourselves!! Aleksey while I was on the phone with corporate I talked great about you and said these other two should take lessons from you I asked Casey to acknowledge you for how great you are there“

“Order was messed up. Recieved an extra fry instead of the chicken tenders for my son as I had ordered the chicken sandwich and tender meal. I tried to get him to eat the sandwich but was unsuccessful. He did eat both fries tho then I gave him nuggets at home.“
