“I can’t say that every experience I’ve had at this location is fanominal - I can’t tell you how many times I’ve just tried to ask for ketchup and they already slammed the door with no plans to reopen for me, forcing me to drive back around. Anyways today I went around 3:30 on 4/1 and the girl in the drive through was AMAZING friendliest service I’ve had at canes, only had one error and it was she didn’t hear that we had ordered a large drink- so she let us keep the medium and gave us a large. She was super friendly, helpful, and overall just provided great service! I hope her work does not go unnoticed“

“Order was messed up. Recieved an extra fry instead of the chicken tenders for my son as I had ordered the chicken sandwich and tender meal. I tried to get him to eat the sandwich but was unsuccessful. He did eat both fries tho then I gave him nuggets at home.“
