Arby's, a popular fast-food restaurant, provides a mixed dining experience according to customer reviews. Many customers appreciate the friendly staff and good customer service. One customer mentioned that the assistant manager is kind and treats employees with respect, while another noted the outstanding service, likely a reflection of good management. Although one customer experienced an issue with their Beef and Cheddar missing cheddar, they still found the place nice. Positive experiences include enjoying the new Mac N Cheese Bites and receiving hot, delicious food from quick and accurate staff. A customer shared that a worker named Collin was very helpful and recommended the 3 for 5 mix and max, leading to a great overall experience.
