Place my order online at 6:20 pm. Set the food would be ready in 5 minutes and it took me 10 minutes to get there. It's 6:45 and I am still waiting to get my order. Half of the stuff is sitting on the heating rack waiting for the other food to be done. I understand if it was busy but it is not. I am already not looking forward to how rubbery and cold some of my food is going to be when I finally get to eat it.

We tried the new Mac N Cheese Bites, and they were awesome!! We went for a late night snack thru the Drive Thru. Everything was hot and delish!! The staff was quick and gave a very accurate time frame of when our food would be ready! Thanks for the great food, Arby's!
Indescribably bad. Slow staff that makes you come inside after using the drive through. And this Fish Sandwich is one of the worst things I've ever tasted - not remotely edible (unless you like very chewy fish flavored gummies covered in nacho cheese on a soggy stale bun). This must be the worst Arby's around.

I was not happy with the chicken ranch wrap I had. While everything in the wrap was good and fresh, the wrap part as too hard to chew. If you don't sell enough to keep them fresh, then maybe they should be taken off the menu.

I must have gotten the end of the barrel.Besides a long wait for just 2 buggers and curly fries that were all broken upAnd very dark and overcooked. I could barely bite into the overcooked chicken ?I guess I'll hang this place up.Thank God there are a lot of fast food places to go to.Maybe time of day makes a difference.I have been there in the past and everything was good.
