Great stop for beer, with a super-friendly bartender. This was our first stop on the Eau Claire Beer Crawl. We really enjoyed the whole vibe of the place and the beers were tasty, too.

Modicum Brewing between Eau Claire and Altoona is an awesome little brewery. Erik, the Brewer, and his beer tenders are great. On my stop they had 11 beers on tap. They had a Helles lager, Amber, mild pale, barrel aged strong, Stout, Belgian blonde, Scottish, American Pils, IPA, raspberry sour, and a Keller bier. I enjoyed all of them. On Fridays they do a milk beer pour if your there at the right time. The place has a cabin atmosphere with a little industrial mixed in. The local...
