They will take your order if the group is large enough. Otherwise you order at the counter. They will then bring your order to your table. A selection of items are displayed for sale. Milk, butter, etc also available. Hidden in the back is a cooler with frozen cookie dough.
Great food. Mostly homemade items and you can taste the quality. Biscuits and gravy, eggs benedict, reuben sandwich, burgers, have all been great. Fresh cinnamon rolls and pies are the best I've had in the Amery/New Richmond/St. Croix areas.
We stopped here on our way to the cabin for the weekend & grabbed donuts for the kids—they were a huge hit! The shop is cute, the staff is friendly, and everything feels homemade. Definitely worth the stop before heading up north!
