“Man. Let me tell you about this place. When I walked into this bar I knew right away this was a place for real Americans. All across the dance floor there were girls wearing Chevy T-shirts, singing BackStreet boys and kissing each other while their boyfriends were watching them and talking about Duramaxes and their Uncles Camaros.“

“We moved to the Waupaca area a little over 2 yrs ago, checking out all of the fish fries and local pubs and we waited way too long to check this place out.From the moment we walked in we were welcomed warmly, drinks right away and yes, we came for the Friday fish fry and no we were not disappointed.Now I tried the fish: wife ordered chicken tenders and even those were amazing!Now we did not catch her name but it's Debs daughter who tended to us but her sidekick Taylor was equally amazing.The bar doesn't seem like much when you walk up, kinda looks like an antique store on the outside but once inside it's huge and they were busy.They do alot of carry out too but we prefer the interaction with the patrons and the staff. All were great.Make this place a destination, you won't be disappointed.I'm not a big deal but I am Average Joe.Are we coming back...heck yes.“

“Great bar/pub it the "middle of nowhere". Stopped by after an evening in Amherst for the fish fry. Friendly staff, clean, good vibe. The soups are excellent. Our fish fry could have stayed in the fryer a minute or two longer, but was very light and crispy. The potato pancakes reminded me of the kind I had when I was a kid. We'll be going back to try the other pub food soon!“

“Decent stop after the rosholt fair…found a free drink chip at the fair so that’s why we went, lol. Food looked awesome. Busy but the two bartenders were on top of it serving drink and food, for how busy it was you’d expect a longer wait for a drink but they were on top of it.Kid-friendliness: If you’re a parent that doesn’t want to ‘culture’ your kids, skip it and take them to McDonald’s. Lol. This is a place where a kid could get an education on what a rowdy bar is like without it being out of control.Parking: Lots of parking, basically a huge field to park in.“

“We’ve always been to Ambrosias for fish fries and pizza and a great steak Christmas party for my husbands company. It’s better than ever. Always the same friendly faces and honest caring service for the best night out. Tonight for my bday we did the Sunday special finally! Then they brought me a stacked cupcake to die for and sang. Enjoy the picks! Totally recommend the broasted chicken any day and am going back for the gyros!!!“
