Great atmosphere, fun staff, love the matcha & the delishious food that has a little twist - perks those taste buds up! Today I had the Avocado Poke Rice Bowl...Mmm.
Never had Ruby coffee in the past, but wanted to buy local to WI and you had fantastic reviews. Decided to get a seasonal sampler. I am already on my second bag and cannot believe my luck in finding such amazing coffees. I am using it for pour-over coffee and they are both smooth and strong flavors. I can taste the hints of the different flavor notes. I will definitely recommend your coffees to friends and family.
Excellent coffee and great little place to visit- worth the 2 hour drive for us! also convenient to order online. Ruby coffee honestly influenced our decision to name our daughter Ruby!
