10/3/22 we always enjoy dixie lunch specials but yesterday was disappointing. the beef stew was overdone. the potatoes and beef chunks were hard & dry
Found this little, vintage gem on Yelp. In all of our 40+ years of coming up to the Northwoods as adults, we never had heard of this diner and yet it has been around since 1945 and claims to be the oldest family-run diner/cafe in Wisconsin. Once I read the history of Dixie Lunch I knew we needed to be part of the history too!
