The only reason there is a star at all is because of the service. Yes, I have had better service but she did her job and that's what matters. Food was not good. Overcooked and cold. The presentation was horrid and they didn't have what is supposed to be with what we ordered. I told management but not for the reason of getting a discount. I paid my bill. Maybe just maybe Management will listen to what I said but probably not. I frequent Applebee's restaurants and will continue. Unfortunately this one location will no longer get my business. It was also colder than it was outside where we were seated. Service was great food was absolutely not. Bring a jacket. Better yet go a little further north to the Green Bay location.

Good evening ladies and gentlemen tonight I had the pleasure of having dinner at Applebee’s tonight while my waiter was None other than Rafael this guy has excellent customer service and while he knows how to treat his crowd he’s quick and fast on his feet. He also has keys of his own, so I was having a hard time with mine and he knew just what to do you got to love guys like this when you’re at the restaurant with the kids by yourself so from me to you I like to say thank you one more time for all your help you provided to us tonight I give you five stars great job

One of the worst experiences Had to clean silverware, out of vodka. Food delivered in stages one person still waiting When everyone else was finished Bill was incorrect, service was slow and very unorganized.

Last time here. Now I know why this place is not successful anymore. I ordered tree cheese pasta, so I'm so disappointed about it. Not bread stick. The chicken on it tastes burned.

Very disappointing visit compared to previous. I came in with one friend before 11, planning to order just the half price appetizers and be out in 30/45 mins. There were only 2 tables when we walked in, so it wasn't busy. After placing our order with a very unenthusiastic server (didn't say name, make conversation, etc) we waited around 30 mins for our food, just 4 of the smallest appetizers. When the first of our food was brought out (the other 2 were brought out 10 mins later) we were told that the kitchen staff were "having a heated conversation and forgot about our order". The food we received was not of quality, either. The queso was visibly very burnt, the cinnamon roll bites were missing the cream, and the bacon was burnt. Although we asked for our checks at the same time we ordered, they didn't come out until 5 mins after the last of the food. We were also not once checked on, drinks refilled, ect, despite being the only people left in the restaurant except for 2 people at the bar. We didn't intend to stay nearly as long as we did nor make the staff do so, so we asked a staff member sweeping for to-go boxes after our server had disappeared for a long time again. We left just before 12, and on the drive home I noticed that we were charged full price for all of our appetizers, too (not about a food comp, we didn't have a chance to ask about one, but about their famous "half price appetizers after 9pm" deal). Overall, we left very unsatisfied and disappointed.

The restaurant was empty. Waited forever for someone to come seat us. We got Horrible service - waitress never came to our table once. The steak was Nasty- like a slab of meat that they thawed out of the freezer and tried to cook- could not even chew it!!!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!

It’s affordable and ok in a pinch. The bourbon street entrees are the best item on the menu. Don’t ask for anything fancy though because the bartenders are novice

One would think that if this is one of the last few locations open, it’d be good. Pathetic is an understatement. We stood around for a solid 5 minutes before we were seen by the hostess. Then when we were seated it felt like an eternity before we were acknowledged by our soon to be server. However, she didn’t take our orders. She stood up at the bar and zoned out for another 7-10 minutes. The drinks being promoted for the halloween season have little to no booze in them at all, and our server never even bothered to ask if we wanted refills or anything else to drink. We each had a dollar zombie drink and shared one of the $10 buckets. We waited nearly 30 minutes just for our appetizer, and another 30 after that for our food. The only plus side was that the food wasn’t horrible (though, we could tell the cook was burning food as you could smell it in the restaurant). During this course of time, I noticed four sets of people come in the front doors and stand around for time on end before being acknowledged. The music choice was not only very loud, but poor taste as well for the setting. The most prompt service was near the end, when my boyfriend asked for a box and the server immediately returned with one. She disappeared again and we waited another solid 10 minutes before someone else (whom we deduced to be the manager) asked if we just needed to pay our bill. She took care of it quickly and then we could finally leave. Never again. Adios, Applebees.
