I came here yesterday and overheard they were throwing massive amounts of cookies away that were only one day old. What a waste in my eyes, those could of been discounted or donated to a good cause. I feel horrible for how they are treating their employees. NEVER COMING BACK!

I just shopped at your Westhill Avenue store and received THE best service I've ever received in this location.I asked for advice from the two female associates who were working at approximately 11:15 this morning regarding what kind of bread would go well with a Buffalo dip I am taking to a party this afternoon.Not only did they make an excellent choice (Baquette), but they offered to cut it up into manageable sized pieces and suggested how I should prepare them for dipping. I accepted.OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They are both keepers!Thank you for hiring them.

We had Breadsmiths create our wedding desserts as we decided to have cookies instead of cake. I can’t put into words how DELICIOUS the cookies were. They made us 50 Dz cookies (combination of chocolate chip, sugar, lemon zingers, ginger, and cinnamon raisin) and they could not have been more perfect. They were so easy to work with and made our vision for our wedding come true. I highly recommend Breadsmith for any of your bakery and or bread needs.

I LOVE IT HERE! It's the only place I can find soy-free/allergy-free bread and it tastes amazing!! I am in LOVE & happy I can have bread like everyone else! Not to mention the snacks! The BEST cookies I've ever tasted & those Reindeer Treats are drool worthy! I love it, please don't change ever ? Every time I come in, I find something else. I absolutely love this store ❣️

I travel. A lot. When Appleton is my destination, I always hit Breadsmith for their exceptional fresh baked goods. Maybe I have a taste for breakfast scones, maybe I need a cherry brownie or cookie, sometimes I need a loaf of Power bread or multigrain rolls for the week, or just feel like taking home a loaf of something special. No matter what, if I'm in need of an artisan baked-goods fix, this is the place for me. Convenient to Fox River Mall, near Woodman's and Costco, and only a minute off Hwy 41.
