Their mocha is very good, possibly better than Starbucks mochas, which I have enjoyed for years. Good service and reasonable prices.

I visited with my family on 10/27/24 at 11 am. We were the only customers at the time. Every drink was made incorrectly, which can happen. Refusing to correct the mistake and remake the drink is inexcusable. As a former Caribou employee I am very disappointed with the poor customer service.

Coffee was cold. I called and to let the staff know and we drove back to have the cashier smirk at me. We just ordered a black coffee so idk how someone can mess that up and they were rude. Will never go back.
