Come here EVERYDAY. The only reason getting 2 stars is because for the last two years it’s been great. But my last 2 visits I’ve gotten the worst coffee, when I order the same thing everyday. Whoever has been working Monday-Tuesday Morning August 25-26, has 4 drinks made wrong. Regular milk instead of oat, wrong cold foam, horrendous flavor matching. Waste of my money, and annoying start to a day from a company.

After a 6 car line waiting then ordering a 15 $ coffee I was told they wouldn't serve me :( wish someone would tell me why after years of being almost a daily consumer here Completely unacceptable

I visited with my family on 10/27/24 at 11 am. We were the only customers at the time. Every drink was made incorrectly, which can happen. Refusing to correct the mistake and remake the drink is inexcusable. As a former Caribou employee I am very disappointed with the poor customer service.
