Delicious Tres Leches! Online ordering is super helpful!!
This was my first visit. There are tongs and trays by the front door. All the fresh baked goods are self serve. There is a friendly, bilingual young lady at the counter near the rear of the shop where you pay. Latino baked goods are not as sweet as you might be accustomed to, but they are very good.

Trigales Bakery is an excellent Hispanic bakery located in the Fox Valley area, offering a wide variety of sweet breads at affordable prices. While the service can occasionally be slightly rude, the staff is generally very friendly and helpful. The bakery is a family favorite, known for its truly authentic Mexican pastries, including Conchas and Cañones. They also carry traditional seasonal items, such as the Roscas de Reyes, a festive pastry with small plastic figures of the Christ child hidden inside. In addition to their delectable baked goods, the bakery also sells authentic Mexican store items and great-tasting tamales on the weekends. Customers are advised to visit early for the best selection, as some items sell out quickly.
