“I came last time and I had a sauce that was open, I came this time and let them know and they gave me an extra on the house no questions asked! The food was great, big tenders and the sauce is delicious, only thing is I wish they had a kids menu.“

“This is a restaurants that are full of controversy, however the food is not one of those issues. The quality of the food is very good. Hot, fresh and fast.
Second is the staff, it's nice to see real people at the drive through rather than scream at a box. They were helpful, kind and accurate.

“I have liked there food never a problem and today the GM went out of his way to personal remake my food & deliver it. I ordered first through Uber eats and first the Uber driver gave me an entirely wrong order from a whole different place. Then never came back with my order. So I called and explained what happen and the GM was shocked and then did what he did! I'm a very grateful customer truly best customer service 🙌“

“Taste good. I'm surprised they aren't busy both times going there maybe just a slow time. I say that because to me out of all the chicken places around this one taste the best to me. I have gone to slim's and daves and they just dont have the flavor I like. Daves is too much and slims isn't bad but just simple. If you have not tried it I suggest you do.“

“I just had to share my recent experience at KFC! It's been about two years since my first visit, which I regretted deeply. I swore off the place because I found the food terrible! But yesterday, my brother and daughter were hungry, and KFC was the closest option. Reluctantly, I decided to give it another try — and I was blown away!

The food was delicious! The chicken was incredibly juicy, and I was genuinely surprised at how much I enjoyed it. On top of that, the customer service was exceptional. Patricia, the general manager, was fantastic! She made sure to understand my order, even with my accent. I rarely encounter someone so patient and attentive, especially in a drive-through setting.

I’ve changed my mind about KFC. I highly recommend trying their new biscuit and comeback sauce — they are amazing! I may have found my new go-to place for fast food.“
