To give 5 stars is an understatement, the staff is truly so kind and most are bilingual which is extremely helpful for all customers. The food is absolutely delicious and always cooked to perfection. Each time that I’ve went I have felt like I’m at home! Truly amazing food, atmosphere, and service
They didn't give me food so I had to pretend to eat it. It was so good

In contrast, many customers have had positive experiences at the Menasha location. One praised the restaurant for the best service they have ever had, noting that the restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly with great smiles. Another customer highlighted amazing customer service, especially at the drive-thru, where the food was prepared quickly and accurately.
However, there are still some concerns. A customer who placed a Door Dash order received two Famous Bowls but found one bowl lacked chicken and corn. Additionally, another customer mentioned a time when the restaurant was out of chicken and expressed disappointment over the high price of $17 for just 6 chicken tenders, stating they would no longer order them at that price.
