The past few times we have been here through the drive thru we have been greeted by a very bubbly and friendly voice over the intercom! They have gotten our order correct EVERY time, and I love that they are willing to make special accommodations like cutting a double whopper with extra everything in half, giving us half fries and half onion rings if we ask for it, and No ice in our drink when requested etc! So I normally don't do this but I've got give credit to this BK in menasha. Been going here a number of years & every time i come here I get exceptional service. Ppl are friendly & to me my order is great, it's fresh tomatoes are fresh not yesterdays, lettuce is crisp not flat and old, fries are fresh and the container is FULL....not almost....my meal is made when I ordered it not sitting for an hr. like the arches over on the corner. Thank you for making my meal your pride.

Was busy. Few staff members were there. Drive thru had 6+ cars. Wasn't that bad of a wait. Onion rings weren't freshFrench fries to salty, mozzarella sticks weren't fresh as well. Special burgers ordered were correct.
