The lady I am assuming the owner was super nice and very helpful. She greeted me with a smile and answered my question. I was able to order and get my food in less than 15 minutes and it is SO delicious. I will be back.Dietary restrictions: They use Corn starch to coat the meat.

This wonderful lady who runs this restaurant is the absolute sweetest, friendliest, best cook I have ever met! Her food is delicious and the bang for your buck is worth it! I swear I got my husband and I food and there’s still so much food left it’s enough to feed 10 other people! Please if you are ever going through Appleton, Wisconsin please give this restaurant a visit and support her business because she deserves it. I’ve never had my order made wrong, I’ve never had bad customer service, the food comes out fast, hot, and fresh and it’s by far my favorite Chinese places I’ve ever had the honor of visiting.

They are still not seating people to covid. Do don't be shocked when you walk in. Kinda weird to still be doing it. But their business and I was just picking up.I'm a traveler and go around the united states and my favorite places to try are chinese. This one did fall short of enjoyable. I payed 55 dollars for my order so I wish it would have been better for me and my travel mate. She got szechuan chicken. She LOVES spicey food but this felt like it soaked in hot peppers for hours she couldn't even eat her meal bc you couldn't taste any of the components. Her egg roll was decent and edible but not the best we've had.My fried rice was Un edible. It tasted like an old skillet and was super wet and mush. The cheese ragoons were decent. Again not the best I've had.The pot stickers were delicious but the sauce with it was just vinegar no flavor components.I got chicken lo mein and that was pretty good considering my rice was a fail. And the wanton soup you can tell was not fresh the noodles were disintegrated in the soup and the broth was a tad sour. Nor sure from what.Take what you will from that info. I understand each sate had different tastes but this was not the best nor worth the money spent.

Worst food ever, Please do not confuse this China Wok to the one in Kaukauna. The one in Kaukauna is awesome. Will never come back here to eat. When you have a person in the house that eats anything and everything, could not eat the Sesame

The absolute best Chinese food I have ever had! We ordered a very large order on Christmas. They had it ready in 25 min. It was fresh, did not taste overly fried. The lunch dish was enough for me to eat 3 times that day. I always get the beef with hot garlic sauce. I replace the rice with lo mien . Chefs kiss! Fantastic! Been going here for years. Love it!

The fact that this place has such high ratings shows the sad state of affairs of restaurants in Appleton. I last ate at this place about 5 years ago, where I remember it being rather good. So I decided to return in December 2023 when I was in town visiting. First off, they're still acting like we're in the middle of the Covid pandemic. The dining room is closed, so when you walk in you're forced to stand in this super small entryway where, if there are 2 other customers waiting, you're all squeezed together... which, ironically, would only get you sick if someone sick is breathing down your neck. The restaurant has plastic wrap all above the counter, and in order to pay and get your food you need to pass it through this compartment under the counter. It's all totally ridiculous. The bigger problem, however, is the extremely mediocre food. If a Chinese restaurant can't do Chicken & Broccoli well, they're in the wrong business. Tons of food, but extremely bland and flavorless.

Waited over an hour and a half for my family's meal. 6 other vehicles walked out with food before us even though they ordered and arrived after us. Also, ordered general tso's chicken not spicy, but my mouth was burning it was so hot. Crab rangoons looked huge in the pictures online, but ours barely had anything in them.

The food is fantastic! I absolutely love their fried rice! It tastes real buttery. My favorite meal is the sweet and sour chicken with an egg roll. When you order, it comes out fast. You can only get take out or delivery here; no dining in. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place.

If I can give this place a zero I will. Ordered food from here and the quality was horrible big time. Considering the price charged for an order of crabrangon and special fried rice. ($24) Almost no filling on the Rangoon, and greasy fried rice, oil sunk to the bottom of the container, gross. Don't waste your money at this place. This is take out only and looks like is plagued with covid, the two people there coughing constantly, had to sanitize my hands in and out.

Best Chinese food in the area. The Lo Mein was delicious and my dad said the orange chicken is the best he's ever had.

Food is absolutely horrible.Ordered multiple different items. My general tso lunch meal tasted like it was yesterdays chicken warmed up in the microwave for today. The egg roll was a pathetic mushy excuse for a egg roll.We will definitely check China wok off as a establishment to never visit again.0/10. Waste of money.

Was looking for another Chinese eatery since my favorite place China Gardens was closed. Decided to go with this place due to the high ratings.Ordered 2 combo platters of General Tso’s Chicken and Lo Mein. Both came with fried rice and an egg roll. I got to say this place is tasty. The GT chicken was nice with a spicy kick to it. The Lo Mein was flavorful and the fried rice is pretty good. The egg roll is vegetable but I still enjoyed. Would return if I’m in the mood for Chinese and my go to place is closed.

Picked up General Taos and rangoons... was overcharged according to the menu I brought home. The rangoons tasted like they were fried in old oil. The Taos was mostly like chicken jerky. I used to love this place, to me they just seem like they no longer care about the quality of their food. I don't write reviews, but for the taste alone I would have given 0 stars of they had 0. This is my opinion.
