I drove 90 miles to this location today. My mom was taking me out for a birthday dinner. Our waiter was extremely rude and they didn't want to honor the crave combo advertised online and social media. Talked down to us because we weren't sure about the prices for lunch. We decided to leave before ordering and the same waiter made snyde remarks about appreciating us

Melting Pot is a great restaurant for a special night, a celebration date, or a family treat. The fondue theme is unique, fun, and upscale. Many guests enjoy the Classic four course meal, where every course is good. The food is tasty, fresh, and fun to assemble and cook. Some note that the marinades can overtake the taste of the meat. The dessert course is delicious but basic. The staff is amazing, attentive, considerate, helpful, and knowledgeable. Servers are efficient, friendly, and have a great sense of urgency. Specific staff members like Luke and Caleb receive high praise for being fantastic, down to earth, and kind. The experience is enjoyable for both small dates and large groups, with plenty of time to eat and socialize. The main downside mentioned is the price, but many feel it is worth it.
