Melting Pot is a great restaurant for a special night, a celebration date, or a family treat. The fondue theme is unique, fun, and upscale. The dessert course is delicious but basic. The staff is amazing, attentive, considerate, helpful, and knowledgeable. Servers are efficient, friendly, and have a great sense of urgency. Specific staff members like Luke and Caleb receive high praise for being fantastic, down to earth, and kind. The experience is enjoyable for both small dates and large groups, with plenty of time to eat and socialize. The main downside mentioned is the price, but many feel it is worth it.
