Arrived at drive thru at 925pm...no one answered. Drove past the windows and the employees are chatting it up with their friends at the counter. Drove away assuming it closed at 9pm. Checked Google and it closes at 10pm. Drive back around to drive up order window and wait. No one answers. Drive to wondow and beep and get told they closed at 930pm. It was 933pm and I had been waiting there 8 minutes and they refused to help me... said I was too late and they were closed. Seriously???? Guess customers aren't as important as flirting with boys.

This location never gets my blizzard correct no matter what i ask for. I have consistently received a normal cheescake blizzard with a single strawberry in it when I order and pay for the Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard. They always rush to get it out as quick as possible and 9 times out of 10 mess it up.

Blizzards out of this world

I ordered a Mixing Bowl Mash up, I did not get a Mixing Bowl Mashup. I got something with vanilla ice cream and walnuts (I should have gotten chocolate with cookie dough).
I looked at it and it wasn’t right, I told the lady it wasn’t right and it should have chocolate ice cream (didn’t notice at this point it was missing cookie dough). She looked at a group of kids behind her confused like I asked her to solve a Scientific equation. Than said it didn’t come with chocolate ice cream. I had a screaming baby at this point and had to leave with the wrong blizzard. First time EVER someone has messed up a simple blizzard.
Train your employees better. This doesn’t even look anything close to what I should have received.

Always friendly and helpful. The fudge nut bars are my favorite

Food is great. Customer service is subpar. I continuously get inappropriate messages on my delivery bags.

Good ice cream with a great location. Service is good but drive thru can be very busy at times.

I decided to mix things up and go for the Butterfinger Blizzard, and let me tell you—it was one of the best decisions I’ve made all week! From the first bite, I was hooked. The creamy vanilla soft serve was perfectly blended with crunchy Butterfinger pieces, creating the most satisfying combination of smooth and crispy textures. The peanut-buttery, chocolatey goodness of the Butterfinger added a bold, slightly salty contrast to the sweetness of the ice cream, making every bite feel like an explosion of flavor. The service was fantastic—the staff was friendly, my order was ready in no time, and the Blizzard was blended beautifully, ensuring the Butterfinger chunks were evenly dispersed from top to bottom. If you’re craving something that delivers a delightful crunch with a rich, indulgent flavor, the Butterfinger Blizzard is definitely one to try. I’ll be coming back for another soon!

Sometimes, you just have to go with a timeless favorite, and that’s exactly what I did when I ordered a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard at Dairy Queen. Let me tell you—it did not disappoint! The vanilla soft serve was luxuriously smooth, the perfect base to highlight the generous chunks of cookie dough scattered throughout. Each bite was a delightful mix of rich, buttery cookie dough and velvety ice cream, with just the right touch of chocolate chips adding a pop of sweetness. It’s simple, yet incredibly satisfying—like a childhood favorite that never stops being great. The service was fantastic, too. My order came out quickly, the staff was friendly, and best of all—the Blizzard was mixed perfectly, ensuring I got cookie dough in every bite rather than it all sinking to the bottom. If you want a dessert that’s comforting, consistent, and completely delicious, the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard is an absolute must. 5/5 stars, and I’ll be back for more!

I swung by Dairy Queen and decided to go for something outside my usual order, the Brownie Batter Blizzard. And wow, am I glad I did!! From the first bite, I was in dessert heaven. The creamy vanilla soft serve blended seamlessly with thick, rich brownie batter, creating a smooth yet slightly fudgy texture that was absolutely irresistible. The chunks of chewy brownie added that PERFECT contrast, making every spoonful feel decadent and satisfying. Beyond the Blizzard itself, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, my order was prepared quickly, and my Blizzard was mixed to perfection! If you're looking for a treat that feels indulgent but not overwhelming, the Brownie Batter Blizzard is a must try. This one definitely earned a permanent spot in my Dairy Queen rotation. 5 OUT OF 5!!!!!!

Just went thru the drive-thru at Oneida St. Ordered a large double heath blizzard. It is all liquid. Aren't you supposed to be able to flip them and they don't drip? If I flipped mine, there would be nothing left in the cup.
Sooooooo disappointing.
