This place offers excellent value, and the food is better than most Chinese buffets I’ve been to.

Not a huge buffet but everything was good. Service was quick and friendly. This buffet is a great value at the price. The sushi selection was good and they were excellent for being a buffet.
I highly recommend this buffet if chinese is your thing.

Literally the best chicken on a stick ever!! It doesn’t raise my blood sugar.. You get six in an order and it’s very flavorful to boot. They will make special dishes for you not on the menu. Call in your order and save money than ordering on those apps for pick up!

Not a single employee had a smile & everyone looked depressed. We were charged for our 1 year old son when it says only 3-9 years old should have been charged for. The name is Emporer’s buffet & grill but their grill is full of boxes and completely closed. The sushi was good & food was fine but certainly nothing special. I was also surprised that at no point did a busser come around to collect our finished plates from the table or check on our meal. They simply wanted to collect payment and do nothing else. There was a woman dining nearby that we overheard giving her plate to a lady working because she found hair in her food. I never heard an apology or any sort of compensation. Super disappointing trip. There are chinese restaurants in our area with much better class, hygeine, service, and food.

I had given them 4 stars in the past, I've changed it to 1. However, this last visit was a different experience, the food from the buffet was not to safe temperatures. The center my broccoli was colder than room temperature. I asked my friend who was with me, she agreeded that none of items she took were got ither. It seemed as though they expected the hot food bar with pan wells to cook or at the very least bring the items to temperature. I talked to the man behind the counter. He showed me that underneath the pan wells there was steaming water. He told me to take from the center of the pan and near the bottom to get the hottest food. Telling me that the air-conditioner from above may have cooled the food on top, and that if you take from the top of the food it will always be cold. That you need to take from the bottom and center.

I felt as though he was attempting to gaslight me into believing this is normal. He eventually offered to have our plates microwaved.

The food was not fresh and the temperature was off on some food as well. We didn't even try the sushi the last time because it looked like it had been out for a while. The service is though is always great. This place used to be full of people though and was empty at dinner time.

Emperor's is clean and well run. It's an excellent value for sure, but the food was lacking in flavor, overall. Al menos pude practicar mi español con una simpática chica mexicana. Friendly staff and decent location. Soft serve ice cream, too.

Horrible food!!!!!! I'll never eat this type of buffet again!!! Everything is just extremely sweet and tastes the same... nothing actually stood out as being good!!! Waste of money!!! Charged full price for a 2 year old who ate a couple spoons of plain rice.

No sushi bar as website proclaims. No ice cream 2nd day in a row. Food seems to be leftovers from yesterday. The ceiling vents have paint chipping off and hanging. Their busser is the hardest working and she is such a great asset to their team. I'm saddened because this place used to be a favorite stop of mine. Now it's a last resort when I dont want to deal.with waiting lines elsewhere. To top matters off their phenomenal busser doesn't get to keep her tips. Owner just lost the 1 star I was giving them.
