We had dinner at Fazoli’s this evening, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Our 10-year-old son has several food allergies, including sesame, which wasn’t listed on Fazoli’s online allergen menu. The team on duty, led by manager Danny, went above and beyond to ensure our son could eat safely.
Danny and his team took the time to find individual food labels so we could review the ingredients ourselves and feel confident in our choices....

Alex was super patient and helpful while we decided what to order. Amanda’s customer service was 10/10. She was kind and checked on us throughout the meal. We will definitely be back.
