Could not decide for the life of me what to eat. Glad I stopped here! Clean store, friendly staff, and most importantly GOOD SUBS. The New York Steamer was a flavorful sandwich! They didn’t have White bread because I came in late but the wheat was very soft and tasted good! Will be coming back :D

Overall, I don’t know what it is exactly, but I find the ‘Firehouse subs’ to be quite bland and boring amongst all the competition of the sub businesses. There’s just something missing with their subs that really doesn’t set it apart from the competition, especially given, their prices are actually quite high, compared to the likes of Jimmy John’s, Jersey, Mike’s and Cousins Subs. I’ve been Firehouse subs three times, and it’s usually the same result with flavor...

I was just there. Was having a terrible day and the guy behind the counter was just so nice. He didn’t do anything out of the ordinary, but he was kind to me. And he wore his firefighter hat with pride! Haha. Thank you for being kind, it made my day.
