So disappointing!!! I literally can't even... I am a big foodie who loves nothing more than trying and supporting local, family-owned restaurants. I try never to go to chain restaurants and always like keeping my money local. My absolute faves are sushi and authentic Mexican. This place has some great reviews including several recent ones, but I have no idea where they ate, because the only comments I read that are remotely accurate are that their hot sauces are hot and they truly ARE delicious! I 100% concur, to the point that I joked with my daughter that maybe I should stick the 2 sauce containers in our bag so we actually got something for our money. However no amount of hot sauce made this food taste any better. One of my favorite dishes are sopes with carnitas... so imagine my excitement to see the Crispy Fried Pork (known as CARNITAS), as an option on the sopes plate. When the dish came I was a bit suspect as the bit of pork I saw poking out from the toppings didn't look even slightly crispy, so now imagine my horror having to spit out my first bite which was literally a luke warm cube of pure flab... I was mortified. It was disgusting! I was determined to find the good and started digging through the toppings to find some actual pork... in addition to lots more chunks of solid flab were a few pieces of soggy pork, but not one bite of carnitas. This crime against amazing carnitas everywhere was made even worse by cold orange rice and watery re-"fried" beans... both were equally lacking in flavor and quality. Now being a person who goes to restaurants frequently, and given the continued fallout from the ridiculousness of the pandemic, I know restaurants are still struggling, so I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, however, the server was not any better than the awful food. She didn't check on us, didn't refill our waters, and brought us 1 set of utensils for 4 people. Had to ask for more, she brought one more set, so I ended up walking up and getting my own. When the server did finally come back and asked how everything was, my pregnant daughter just wanted to leave, but I mentioned how disappointing and NOT good the food was, specifically the carnitas, she just shrugged her shoulders and muuttered sorry and walked away. No offer to get us something else, no offer to discount it, or bring a new one, nothing. On top of all that, they have no actual menus, so if your phone is dead or heaven forbid you don't have one, I guess you can't order? On second thought, that may be your saving grace! You're also expected to look at your own bill online and pay it there as well. Talk about not wanting a tip ?$45+ flushed down the toilet? If there was a way to put zero stars I would. I rarely take the time or make an effort to do a review unless it's to leave a glowing review so that my favorite places get the props they deserve and hopefully stay in business.I sincerely hope they get it together and make some changes to rectify their many issues.

Today I went to eat a gordita and the sauce was very salty. I only ate the gordita and I also ordered a Milanese cake, I couldn't eat that one because the Milanese was very, very salty.Ahh, the plateau didn't even notice when I came in and it took me a while to go to my place to ask for my order. The waitress wanted to give me another dish and I didn't want to risk it being equally salty so she only charged me for a Jamaica water and the salty gorditaTerrible serviceI do not recommend it

Disappointing. Menu all states lower prices than we were billed. Coupons were cancelled some time ago. Food was surprisingly bland. Employees were nice and apologetic for inconsistencies, but everything seemed disorganized. New owners?

Small place with amazing food. I love the array of sauces and salsas provided. I've had the carne asada street tacos that were fabulous and the chicken fajita quesadilla that was loaded with shredded chicken. It was juicy and had great flavor. The queso dip is good too. They have classic Mexican Coke and Fanta too! The service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend as a place to grab a quick bite or takeout!

I didn't like the service, and the seasoning of the food is not very good, but they could improve at least with the attitude.

Very authentic! Food is great, service is also good. Sometimes find more dirty tables than clean but it's worth the wait for wipe down, they're usually busy there's always a spot open. The salsa is amazing! I usually enjoy the enchiladas my husband gets a chile relleno or fajitas. We had their molcajete and that good too. We always receive enough food and leave full!
