It has been awhile since we have gone here but I will admit the whole experience was AMAZING! Hostess greeted us right away and seated us and got our drinks, waitress did a great job with refills and getting our order correctly. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and 2 calzones and everything was great. Pepperoni was a little spicy which we love ans sausage looked to be house made which is always nice. If you haven't been here, I would highly recommend you give it a try!

Have a gluten intolerance so when I go out for pizza I need to have a gluten-free option. I have tried many places around Appleton and the Glass Nickel Pizza co by far has the best GF pizza crust! My mom who doesn't have to eat GF also says their pizzas are the best in town. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: The fetalicious pizza is my favorite, but they have I believe 3-4 vegetarian pizza options.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free pizza crust is available and in my opinion the best in Appleton.

Ordered a vegan pizza and they put real sausage on it in a mix with the beyond meat. Had 2 vegetarian people and 1 vegan accidentally consume it. When called about the issue, was "I smelled the pizza before it went out and it didn't smell like sausage"... not only that but offered to remake it (lost our appetite) or get store credit (not coming back after what happened). Did get a refund after asking. Made another excuse saying "we have a new person in the kitchen so it might have just been an accident". Extremely disappointed and angry in the service when it came to dietary restrictions.Vegetarian options: WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER IF VEGAN. Put real meat on a vegan pizza?????

Been waiting for over a half an hour and watched 2 orders go out to people who just got there.
We went early September 2023. The service was horrible! I didn’t catch the waitress name. Short. Squat and bad teeth. She had a bad attitude. Never came back to ask how food was. Didn’t come back to ask if we needed refills. We did. She did everything she could to avoid her two tables.I had to ask another staff member to refill our beverage .Her manner was abrupt, I do not care what was going on in her life on that particular day. I’ve worked in food service. You leave your troubles behind. Customers expect and should get good service from a well presented wait staff. Wait staff should be friendly and on top of things. This person was not.

Food got delivered almost too fast. Food was so greasey it soadked through the box. Tasted fine, but too much cheese and grease on the pizza and cheese curds were soggy from the grease as well.

Best pizza ever!!! We moved from another state and were eager to find a good pizza joint. So glad we tried here. It is now a regular haunt of ours. Love the variety and have been rarely disappointed. If you eat in the waiters can vary in attentiveness but overall, the food makes up for any lack. Only had one bad time out of many. I have Celiac so I get their gluten free pizzas. I have rarely had any reaction that I could tell. Only complaints would be sometimes they overcook the crust, and their default way of cutting GF pizza is not pie style (it is a strange square way that makes it so annoying to eat). Eating at location is lovely because the atmosphere is relaxing, and has great music. Best pizza place in Appleton by far.

Tasty pizza. I wish they didn't leave so much plain crust without toppings, but it is still good pizza. It is very greasy, so eat fast before it gets soggy. The sausage is a big hit. Also, why cut a large pizza into only 6 slices? Delivery is always at least an hour (2.5 miles away).
