First time there. Its a typical sports bar, decent amount of seating to watch the many tvs around the place with bar stools and bench seats.
The food is typical bar foods, but actually pretty decent, wasn't over or under done or greasy. Atmosphere is typical to any sports bar so not much to elaborate on that.

I have never had an issue previously, however today I did pull tabs as usual. The new system to get a receipt for your winnings then scan the receipt was an issue. I walked out without my winnings, this sucked but what sucked worse was the treatment from management. No apology, just a “well it’s an independent company and they will not come out on a Sunday.” As a manager myself I can understand the process of situations like this, the issue was basically being told they didn’t believe me and no apology for any inconvenience this caused. Very unfortunate, I did not stick around for the paperwork to see if I was a liar or not. I would rather not come back based on the lack of customer service skills given in this situation.

This restaurant is definitely in my rotation. The items I have tried have all been good. Also has a large beer selection.
Service takes a hit for me as its normally very average, basic service. However, it was a big miss last time.
Arrived and the manager sat us but was super confused on where to seat us. Once down, we waited for a short while and the waitress came up, she seemed surprised to see us, excused herself then came back to take our drink order. It seemed to me she didnt know we were there and had to go ask someone if we were her table. Ahe brought our drinks to us, mine was wrong. I dealt with it.
She came to take our order. We ordered an appetizer and a bowl of soup, wanting them to be appetizers. But she asked for our entrees as well. So we gave them, hoping she would understand the spacing. But everything was brought out on the same tray. Its always frustrating when this happens because now your entree sits getting cold while you eat the app.
Food tasted good, we were happy with that. The server came by to cash us out. We paid and we never saw her again. Where this becomes frustrating is we were there on a business meeting so we stayed for quite some time. Having someone stop by occasional just to see if we needed something else to drink would have been really nice, instead we munched ice.
This isn't enough to stop me from going or even recommending it to others. Id recommend it, but just hope you get a server that understands pace of service and that the customer experience doesnt end once you've paid the bill.

Went here for lunch. First time in a long time went to a holidays. Last went years ago to one on CB. food I would say was not as good as I remembered it to be. It was just ok. Nothing spectacular. Service and place were fine. Overall I would just say it was ok, but there are other places that are better options in Appleton.

Our order was taken promptly and drinks she recommended were awesome. Food came out accurate and was delicious. We will be back for sure and make sure to ask for Renee!
