I pick up an employee there and I got blocked in by a truck. Another employee decided to later harass me about how I handled the truck driver. I have to wake up to pick up this employee from your Jimmy John's. I work 10 hour days and i work at night. The employee that harassed me while I was driving was a guy named Cody at Jimmy John's in Appleton, Wisconsin at 345 College Ave. It took me 20 minutes to get around to the alley. When I got there I had to back out...

I'm update Jimmy John's is remaking and sending out a replacement. So more stars for the good customer service. And when food is correct it is very good. Will see if I get straw's.
Didn't toast my toasted sandwich I got instead of an unwich that was a mistake on my part for getting bread I guess and don't expect your drink to have a straw .

Stopped here before the PAC performance. The three associates on duty really care about each and every customer that walks thru their doors. The sandwich I ordered was the best sandwich I ate in a long time. These three employees could be stranded on a desert island and they still would be able to have a great time. Thanks for your excellent service today on a busy Sunday. Be nice to retailer workers because they are always nice to you.
