We received a coupon for a free pizza in the mail. We went inside to redeem the coupon, but they said the register was down and we never ordered a pizza. I'm not sure what a Muncheez pizza tastes like, but customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

The cashier seemed more concerned with what was playing on TV than greeting us and taking our order. When I did order I didn't feel very welcome and more like an inconvenience. I let it slide as it could have been worse, until it did become worse. While waiting for my order we witnessed one of the workers drop the pizza cutter on the floor only to pick it up and resume cutting. I paid $5.49 plus tax for "one huge" (2 normal size) slices that I'm afraid to eat due to a dirty cutter. To top it all off, the cashier again seemed annoyed to serve me, I shouldn't have left a tip as it wasn't deserved, but I gave them my lousy $0.78.

I hate to spoil a good thing, but this stoner's hideaway is AWESOME. I ordered a 4 topping slice of pizza and Holy Cow it was YUUUGE!! Delicious meats and cheese on there plus their wings were incredible. If you're hungry (CBD induced or not, I wasn't) eat at Muncheez.??

Ordered pickup from here online and selected the as soon as possible option, was sent a confirmation email just saying that it would be ready as soon as possible, no time frame at all. Okay whatever we just decided to head over there. We arrived maybe 40 minutes after ordering and tried to park behind the building by a sign that said "customer parking" but then the delivery driver parked next to us rudely says "you can't park here." So we park somewhere else and go inside and there's an employee sleeping on a couch in the dining area, super unprofessional. Then the guy says that they haven't started our order yet and it'll be another 20 minutes because they were "busy"...it was completely empty in the store. So we waited an hour and our pizza was mediocre at best. Service was nice enough and cheesey bread was good, but definitely not worth the trouble.

Instead of "sorry we lost your order" asked about the free drink on Thursdays and the woman said it has to be ordered online . It was an online order, but go on lol. Got the chicken bacon ranch pizza, and the breadsticks with cheese sauce and garlic butter. Very good! Cashier was very nice and knowledgeable too.
Good pizza. They were a little busy so took a tiny bit. Food was good though. Tried the chicken bacon ranch and chicken Alfredo pizzas. They have a nice variety of differnt pizza toppings. Also a lot of different specialty pizzas.

I ordered a pizza for delivery 1hr+ before closing and received confirmation that the order was placed. I never got the pizza or even a phone call. This is unacceptable!

I ordered a pizza and got confirmation at 10:52pm, July 29th, 2021. I never received the order, I didn't even get a phone call, text message or email explaining why. I called at 11:22am, July 30th, 2021, when an employee answered he asked if he could put me on hold, I said "absolutely not" and he hung up on me before I could ask to speak to his manager. I called back and after several rings he finally answered, he asked if I wanted to order a pizza and I said, "Absolutely not, please put your manager on the phone." He said his manager isn't there, I explained why I was calling, he asked if he could put me on hold to call his manager to see what he could do. After a few minutes he said that he can make last night's order and give me a free soda, I said No, I was my money back today. I currently have a deposit pending from them in my bank account. Never again.
