Pizza Hut

Finished reading a book, and felt nastolgic for the Book It days of old. Ordered a pizza for the first time in years - and they knocked it out of the park.5 stars for quick service, order was correct, and staff went above and beyond.

Stopped in to get lunch for me and my wife. Webpage says they have dine in. They seemed kinda shut down so I went in to ask if dine in was available. Only one person seemed to be on staff and told me they don't offer dine in anymore. Either times have changed or they just don't care enough anymore. Pretty disappointed. I took my business to stucs pizza instead.

My family and I no longer feel welcome at this location. Not very polite. Made kind of a big deal on a pizza we wanted modified. Staff seemed exasperated when putting in our order. I also understand that most of the Pizza Hut locations are running in a skeleton crew which is why we go in during slow periods. We frequently stop at Pizza Huts around the mid west and it seems the quality of work environment is greatly affecting the staff. Then this affects the how staff performs and customer service. Pizza Hut needs help.

There was just the one man working by himself.

I have ordered delivery a handful of times recently, and there have been errors more often than not. Today they messed up and sent the wrong order with the delivery service, then never sent the right one. After multiple phone calls and many minutes of hold time, the best they could offer was a refund that will post to my account within 2 DAYS! Needless to say, I then ordered from a competing store. Pizza Hut has been my favorite pizza for 30 years! This is a really sad day.

Why,with pizza hut having good pizza. I bring a group of people to eat,thy tell me order out only. Either hire extra people or guilt being so lazy. I will never visit this pizza hut ever.

They took my payment. No pizza was delivered. Tried calling... employees were rude. The next day I was told she'll look into it. That was a week ago. I have to rate a star for this to post.

Disappointed in the quality Pizza Hut used to be a good pizza for a fair price. Now it's no better then frozen.

If you know yourself the food is burn and dry don't serve it to customers. Yourself don't want to eat it either. Can't even cut it.

I was heartbroken when they salad bar and buffet stopped. Hopefully the link to my childhood will come back. Super nice friendly Staff though. I wish the company would treat their workers and guests better !

Tried using the app wont not work tried using the website site on my phone and then on the computer four times and couldn't get it to work so i will be taking my order somewhere else!
