Always nice and good with customer service, but I’ve been coming here for a good 6 months now. Always order my drink with 2 extra shots of espresso, tho most of the time it tastes and feels like they didn’t put them in and others it actually tastes like coffee not straight milk. Keep in mind they charge extra for said shots of espresso. Never put a bad review because they’ve always been nice but recently I haven’t had a cup of coffee from there that comes correct. I hate coming off as a Karen but from now of IF I do go to this location I will try my drink before driving away to be sure I get what I paid for

Gotta say I’m done with this place. The blended infusions always just taste like ice and off you ask for extra flavor they act like you’re trying to scam then when it already cost 20 dollars for two Red Bulls with syrup. Not at all worth the price.

It was a great visit. From the drive-through's entrance to the exit. I ordered regular coffee with a double red eye. A regular coffee for my wife and an Everything Bagel for us to divide. The person taking orders was polite, helpful and cheerful. The coffee was great and the bagel was too, including its melted cheese. Thumbs up.

Back in summer of 2024 I would bring my children and myself through the drive-thru and get myself a drink and get my children a pup cup and I was fine with just taking the dog treat out of it and letting them have the whipped cream. Judge me if you want, but then one day some really nice Barista said that I should just start asking for children's so that they don't put a dog treat in it and they would even give me a spoon in the pup cup so my children got really excited about that. Then about a week ago I went through and did my normal thing asking for pup cups for children and the woman was so rude to me that I told her that she needed to get fired and I just pulled out of the drive-thru without getting anything at all. She treated me like I was ignorant and that I was super rude for asking for that for my kids and my order was about $15 at that point. So I'm not really sure why they acted like I was asking for some extraordinarily crazy thing from them. Then today I went through the drive-thru again for the first time since that interaction and I said over the intercom that I'd like a kids pup cup if that's still a thing since the last time I got treated really uncomfortably for asking for that and the lady said no we can't give Pub cups to children and we can't leave the dog treat off of it so I said whatever just give my kids the normal pup cup and I'll just pick the dog treat off it and when I got to the window they had made the pups with crushed dog treats all over the top of it so they couldn't even pick the dog treats off there was literal crumbs sprinkled across the entire top of the pups. If you're going to come here for customer service I'd say you're better off not coming at all. They speak to you so rudely over the intercom. Before this order even started today I was so stoked that the sugar cookie flavoring was back. I even said over the intercom oh my God I'm so excited! You guys have the sugar cookie flavor back and with a monotone voice she goes yeah what would you like. It's just not a Vibe here and if you want them to brighten your day, it's definitely not the spot

Your college Ave location should really improve their customer relations. I drink scooters daily with an extra shot of Expresso added each time and when I didn't taste it added and said something to the employee she just said sorry but did nothing to address the situation. The scooters on Appleton Rd are the most efficient employees I have ever encountered. I will NEVER use the college Ave. Location again. They ALWAYS mess up my order.

Went to this location because it was nearest to me. I waited in line for about 15 minutes before reaching the drive thru area to order. I asked about a particular drink and what was in it and she was extremely rude towards me, I got up to the window and same thing got a rude attitude for asking a question? I am unsure of the reason for hostility towards customers at the location and they should definitely learn from the workers on Northland. Because I have never had a bad experience there and they are super helpful and friendly. This location was awful, rude, unfriendly and very unhelpful. You need to look at who you're hiring and watch how they are treating customers.

I typically go to the airport location because I know them well and how they make their lattes. However this location is very inconsistent. Sometimes I get an okay latte, and sometimes I get my order wrong or my drink made wrong. Today was a day where we were not happy with our drinks. Id love for this location to be more consistent so I dont have to drive out of my way to the other location (which ive been doing)

Bro My God

Tasted like someone whispered “peanut butter” over a cup of water, never coming back. I’ve been to this Scooters twice in the last two months, and both times my drink was terrible. I ordered a Peanut Butter Power with oat milk and an extra shot of espresso, and it tasted like watered-down nothing, like a La Croix of peanut butter. Zero flavor, not worth the money. I’ll be going out of my way to other locations from now on. Very disappointed.
