My food was delivered, so hard to say where the fault lies in my later cold and soggy order. Had to use my air fryer for 10 mins to make things edible. Pickle chips were salty to the point of inedible. I get it,
Pickles are salty, but these were excessive. The breading on the tenders is so bad and the chicken has zero flavor. I’ve had better Tyson frozen tenders from the grocery store!
Cathy is the only decent employee there. Rest of the staff is terrible. No customer service. A 25 min wait for Mac and cheese and the order was wrong!
It’s really a shame that Slim Chickens had to come to Appleton and have absolutely terrible luck with their staff, I love their food and every time it’s absolutely delicious, but I avoid that place just because of the staff and how terrible the customer service is. The staff is always very short and rude and they always mess up my order forget things. When they make a mistake, they don’t take accountability for it.
