Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Consistently slow with orders or just completely forget to make your order until you ask them. I’ve waited up to 35 minutes for a cold brew, makes no sense. On top of that, the drinks sometimes aren’t even made correctly.

Why would you have Door Dash available during Mile Of Music at the downtown location? 20 people waiting 25 min. For coffee because you prioritize Door Dash first. Advertise Mile of Music specials to drum up business. Get with the community support.

Worst Starbucks experience. They were out of the sandwich I wanted and offered no suggestions for replacements. I waited way too long for 2 drinks and 2 food items. After I received my drink which was supposed to be a green tea lemonade I was given a peach green tea. So out of 4 things ordered only 1 was what I had actually ordered, an iced latte (not exactly a difficult drink). I recommend going elsewhere if you’re looking for the normal Starbucks experience.
