I've never had the issues that everyone else is describing. I might just not be as picky, having worked in the fast food industry myself. They always have my order ready, it's accurate, and tastes just like Taco Bell should taste.

I stopped by this location on my way out of town last week. After placing my order, one of the staff members let me know they were out of a particular ingredient and offered a great alternative, which I gladly accepted. To make up for the inconvenience, he even offered me a courtesy drink. Although they seemed understaffed, the team remained calm and professional, even with a steady stream of customers coming in.
