So some are trying & some are not! Props to the kid with dreds in back for bringing us our food, the front counter guy not so much! Drive thru order with only 4 things no changes literally took 10mins, had to repeat the order 4 separate times no noise from outside, but you could hear a loud woman in background on speaker from inside hollering, but when we pulled up there were hardly any cars so the inside was not busy. I get short staffed & new training but it's not...

I think that the employee shortage was evident. One lady took my order, then waited on me at the window and then went back and made my order. This particular employee was fantastic!! 10 stars! But she can't do it alone.

Lady at the drive through was the best costumer service I’ve ever seen. Don’t know her name. African American and lost her voice grey shirt grey pants. An angel. She must really enjoy her job. She should be made a GM if she ain’t already. She is the best. Not enough cheese on Mexican pizza or in cheese cup. That’s ok. Idc Bec she was so great.
