Food is fantastic! Staff is very kind and social. Waiters/waitresses are very attentive (despite the fact that this restaurant is crazy busy ALL the time)! They're always busy, so I have to wait for a table more often than not, but if you do the online wait list program, it makes it a lot easier!

My husband and I went there because we had a gift card. We ordered the same steaks, both medium well. When we got our food, my steak was smaller and rare. He even said I probably got someone else's order. We won't be returning.

Came for lunch yesterday and were promptly seated. One ordered Chicken Critter salad; the other, a pork chop with sides of mashed potatoes w/brown gravy and rice. One had coffee, the other iced tea. Server brought out drinks first, and hurried away before we could ask for cream and sweetener. Iced tea was warm, with ice in the glass struggling to cool it off. Once server came back, I asked for the cream and sweetener, then discovered there was no spoon to stir it (they only put a knife and fork wrapped in the napkin that is placed on the table). So, I had to ask for that. They must not get many requests for coffee there, because it wasn't hot and didn't taste too good. When food arrived, the pork chop and rice were lukewarm. A different employee came and asked how our food was, and we asked her to have the chop warmed up, which she did, but barely. The pork chop was somewhat tough which was unusual; they are usually very tender. The chicken in the salad had some pieces that were rather chewy and stringy, which was also unusual. The salad is usually spot-on. The service, while polite, was sketchy at best. Then, at the end, she messed up the total on the bill, which I had to point out to her. Overall, a disappointment today. Guess any place can have an off day!

In my opinion, among franchised restaurants, this is one of the best places to spend your money and enjoy a meal with your family. The quality and taste of the food make it well worth the price.
My whole family loves to go to Texas Roadhouse. I think some would go for just the bread. We like the food and will keep going back

I had one of the worse experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I came in with a group of coworkers for a work meeting. 3 out of the 4 ordered steak. When our steaks came out not only was every steak cooked in correctly (medium well ordered:rare recieved, medium ordered:rare recieved, medium rare ordered, medium recieved) When the steaks were brought back out, same exact steaks, we were handed a steak that began on someone else's plate. The real kicker was the steaks were different cuts. I was really looking forward to the New York strip I ordered and paid for. Instead I ended up with an over cooked sirloin. Completely disgusted. I can't imagine what happens in the kitchen. I won't be returning.
Best place to eat.... Period. Close your eye s and pick anything on the menu. Delicious regardless.

I was staying at a local hotel and ordered to go. The staff and service was great. The problem was the stack I ordered was like mush. Didn't even need to chew it. To me it was plain nasty. I have been a Texas Road House many times and the food was always awesome. The salad was great and so we're the mashed potatoes. I will go back as things like this happen and really isn't anyone's fault.
