The Red Ox Seafood and Steakhouse

Not a good experience! Waitress there I think her name was Stacy, not sure.. She had shoulder length grayish brown curly hair, anyways, she was so rude!! We felt like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Rolled her eyes at me and sarcastically said “SUPER!” When myself and my husband’s cousin were on separate checks. I was also told by the male bartender that I couldn’t order food if I was standing. Then when my father in law was smashed into the bar already she yelled at him to scoot in more when he physically couldn’t anymore, and then threw my father in laws plate full of food at him! Huge turn off, my in laws love to go there with their big family and support this place, but after this my husband and I will not be returning. I have no problem taking my money elsewhere. I’ve worked in the service industry for 15 years to current and it takes one second to just take a deep breath and be nice. Especially when the customers are nice and patient.

I don't trust people who put up good reviews. Golden fork award winner my ash. Bourbon selection was nice. Food was bad especially for the price. We will never go back. I don't how people think this is good. If it was this good I would have not had a bad experience.

My husband and are from Appleton . Meet friends for dinner. The brandy old fashion was the best. We are from Virginia can't even find a bar with brandy. Food was great service was friendly. Friend had a dairy allergy was taken care with no problem . I guess I want to say I enjoy your restaurant very much.

Slow service, food wasn't cooked right, very disappointed and wont be back. Workers need more training.
