Food was delicious! Service was very nice and attentive all around. From the hostess, bartenders and waitresses. They were all great!

Honestly I've only been here on a Friday night and had fish. My solo experience was mediocre food that was overpriced. Crowded and I honestly don't understand why they are so expensive, in relation to the atmosphere or the food. I was not impressed with any aspect of the meal. I was told they have great steaks. Their salad was excellent. But, their seafood was not worth the money.

Pretty overrated. Priced high. I came here today and got prime rib and my girlfriend had the veal. Flavor wise, it was good. But between the price and quantity, it's not worth it. The prime rib had a lot of fat on it and for $40+ for 16oz? Kinda crazy. At Black otter you can get 31 Oz for that price. Won't

Just went here for Sunday lunch with a group of 4. Highly recommend! Early bird specials are a great deal. We all enjoyed our entrees and prices were reasonable given the portion size. Two people got mixed drinks and were very impressed with the marinated mushrooms (apparently made in house and available for sale by the jar). The two people celebrating birthdays in our party received free cake which was a nice touch.Wheelchair accessibility: I assume there is a ramp somewhere, but the main entrance is stairs. We only saw 2 disabled parking spots next to the building, the other spots are all across the street.

Too expensive for what was received and our server was definitely not in the mood to be working that night.

Love Love Love The Red Ox. It is our favorite Supper Club!!! The food is amazing. The ribs are to die for. They are fall off the bone tender and melt in your mouth, and the scallops OMG they are soooo good. The butter is good enough to drink. Speaking of drinks they do a great Old Fashion. Which is a must in a Wisconsin supper club. They have a very wide selection on their menu so your entire party can find what they are in the mood for. The trio Haddock is a great option to try if you cannot decide on 1. Oh don't forget to save room for dessert! They have many options to satisfy your sweet tooth. The peanut butter pie is amazing!

Food was good, Waitress was excellent. But the prices are higher than I expected, much higher. For the 4 of us to eat there came to $194 including tip. And again, this is a place that has a suggested tip on the check based AFTER taxes. Supposed to be BEFORE tax!

Of all the restaurants in the Fox Valley, the Red Ox is in my Top 3. They have fantastic lunch and dinner menus and provide a great value for the cost. You'll get delicious homemade bread with honey butter (yum!), soup/salad (I highly recommend a crock of the French Onion soup!) and a choice of potato (love the twice baked) with most of the options on the menu. They also have a great Kid's Menu with lots of choices - my daughter's favorite is the pizza; which a huge, super cheesy, personal pizza. It is very busy on Friday and Saturday nights, so make sure to call as soon as they open and make a reservation!

Had reservations for 5:00, got there about 4:15 to enjoy happy hour and appetizers. Drinks were good, ordered the "rings and shrooms". They were just OK. They come coated with a rather bland, thin breaded coating. Luckily, a small side of ranch dressing is included for dipping. They should change to a batter coating and serve them hotter (the rings were lukewarm). Fortunately, the apps are half price before 5; wouldn't want to pay full price for what we got.Got to our table promptly and were given ample time to peruse the menu. We ordered the traditional thick cut pork chop, and the chicken cordon Bleu. Soups were beef vegetable and cream of crab. Both were excellent, although mine (the beef vegetable) was lukewarm. I pointed this out to our server, and she gladly brought another bowl, this time piping hot-MUCH better. The fresh bread was also excellent. The main dishes arrived soon. The pork chop was accompanied by two scoops of plain mashed potatoes. No sauce or gravy on either the chop or the potatoes, which was disappointing. Both would have benefitted from some kind of good pan gravy to give them added flavor (especially the potatoes). The chop however, was moist and tender. The cordon Bleu came with a mound of seasoned rice, and a white wine mushroom sauce. Both were quite good. The service was prompt, courteous, and friendly. At the end of the meal, the server unexpectedly brought out a nice piece of cheesecake, as we were there for my wife's birthday.Overall, a good experience. A couple of minor disappointments, but nothing terrible.

Valentines night was excellent! Even though we had to wait for a table my boyfriend and I waited at the bar and had the most wonderful time and drinks. It was called Winter Chill. Shortly after our drinks we got a table. I had prime rib that was nice and juicy. My boyfriend had the bbq ribs. So delicious! The staff was nice and professional, yet friendly.

I enjoyed the Haddock 3 ways. Really a nice bar/restaurant. We've come a couple of times while visiting family in the area and have enjoyed our meals every single time. The Oscar style haddock is delicious if you're looking for a recommendation.Service was perfect. Atmosphere was a typical Wisconsin family bar and restaurant. Nice place. We will be back.
