Second time to Tom's only because I moved to this end of town. Wasn't going to because of my first experience . But I thought I would try again. Not good. Cheese curds burnt again as I had reported before. No response from management. Now I will never go back!

Manager gave me a gift card and refunded my credit card for my app order. Due to soda machine being down. The store called me to let me know but I was in the area and was at store already. Manager gave me a gift card for more than what my small transaction was plus refunded card. I would give Toms drive In and staff an A+. Went out of the way when another restaurants would have just gave refunded money. That is why I keep coming back to Tom's for the customer service at the Richmond location is top notch. Keep up the great work.

I bought 2 cheeseburgers medium fry,large cheese curd. The guy loaded up my bag to go then unloaded it and put my food in a new bag. Thought that was wierd. Drove home and grabbed bag. The bottom came apart( that's why he switched bags because the first 1 was the same way with a bad bottom) all my food fell out of the bag landing on my jeeps floor. I took a pic of the mess and saved the bag. Went into Tom's today only to get a sniffling manager thst told me no receipt no service. Didn't care about the pic of my food laying on the jeeps floor. Acted like I was trying to rip Tom's out of 2 cheeseburgers for God's sake. I've been a customer for 43 yrs. I'll never go back!!! I'll be telling my story in all my groups. Manager should be fired the way he acted in front of his workers.

The food is decent, but don't get take-out. They forget something as obvious as a bag of popcorn. Apparently they can't give it to me through the drive thru after the lobby has closed. Then they promise to send me a voucher, but that hasn't arrived more than 2 weeks later. I suspect they were just feeding me a line to avoid their mistake being found out by upper management. Culvers it is from now on.

Absolutely disgusting meal. Food had obviously been precooked and then reheated in microwave. Spent $24.00 on this meal. Only remedy was the manager, Justin, offered coupons. I have no use for coupons to a restaurant I'm not going to patronize again.
We threw the food away because we were concerned about possibly getting food poisoning.

We ordered a bacon chicken ranch and a #9. The chicken was rubber, burgers were dry, cheese curds overcooked. Not worth $24!

Went to Tom's on my way into town on Richmond Street. Was given the completely wrong order. Was not given a receipt even though they claim they were given them and they claim that the person bagging is giving them. They actually lied even farther and said we put two receipts in the bag. Called to get my order replaced and they say because of " policy " they can't replace my meal. What a rip off they throw whatever they want out of the drive-thru window. And then say it's the customer's fault. Zero accountability don't eat here.
Justin and his team made me a fan. Never been before. Justin recommended the Big Tom. One of the best fast food burgers out there. Had to shake his hand after. I will add this to my cheat meal rotation

Food is good like always. Adding condiments like ketchup and salt after they make you pull forward seems to be an impossible task. They always say yes no problem…and never deliver. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CHEESE CURDS?!?! I don't get up that way much anymore but they used to be so good and now they are just....ehh.

Tom's is always busy; but, that is okay, because staff is efficient, and the wait really is not bad. Plus, all of my orders have been correct. Staff is also friendly and patient with first-time visitors. Serving sizes are okay and flavour is good. Prices for individual items, not the meal, are average, but the best value for the money is the 20-piece nuggets!

Very fun. From the drive up to the order placing; it is a nice and friendly experience. Go get a #7 with all of the interesting extras . The tots are good, and the nuggets are not too greasy....
What happened to the meat? SOMETHING HAS CHANGED! The burgers are tasteless. I think they have a new meat distributer. PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR OLD ONE! I have gone to 3 different TOM's all disappointing.
