Pretty simple staples of fast food. That being said this location does seem to have issues keeping up with requests. Extra pickles usually leads to 1 or 0 pickles on the burgers. 12 orders total 3 with the issue. 75% success rate on getting what I ordered.

For fast food in Appleton I would say it's one of the top 2 as it is a toss up between here and jds on the south side of Appleton and very similar menus. It was tasty and accurate which with a family of four is rare in the fast food
First visit to Tom's, dinning area was clean, food was flavorful and reasonably priced and the staff is very polite and friendly. Large burgers and fries mean you don't go away hungry.

disappointed is an understatement the food was terrible the french fries was drenched in oil and overcooked old I feel like they're reheated the french fries and put them in the bag tater tots were halfway decent chicken sandwich with lettuce and American cheese and bacon the lettuce was the soggy stuff that you throw away the fish food was definitely not fresh probably will not be returning I attempted to make a phone call but they're not answering the phone overall negative 2the pumpkin milkshake was halfway decent but will definitely not be returning my food went straight into the garbage I'm going to Culver's instead

We had ordered 4 flavored cones online which says it'll be served in a cup. I would assume if it's an ice cream cone in a cup, it's just flipped in the cup with the cone. We didn't get the cones so we asked for them. They only put like an inch of ice cream in the cup so when we scooped it into the cone, it barely went above the cone. It was literally like 4 bites of ice cream. Not worth the money at all. I had filled out the form on the website about our disappointing experience. No response. Filled it out 2 more times, no response. I messaged them on Facebook, they'd respond, but instead of trying to fix their mistakes, they just kept going around in circles with questions. I finally asked if I could get reimbursed or some free ice cream coupons, gave them my address and yet nothing. They had so many opportunities to make this right and haven't.

The last 3 times we tried to eat at Sheboygan location we walked in amd it smelled like sewer. Needless to say, we turned around and walked right back out. Really a shame because the food is delicious.
