I love coming here! I moved out of the area, but every time I come visit family & friends, I try to get to AmberLulu. They have a great menu! I stopped in today, and I think one of the two employees there was new. They said my drink would take a little longer because they were making a fresh batch of tea or tapioca or something, but I didn’t mind the wait! There are tables, barstool seating by the windows, and a couple of beanbag chairs, and I wasn’t in a rush so it was...

I won’t not recommend this place beacuse I’ve only been once so I’m not going to judge, but I just went for my first time today and my friend and I got milk teas and the milk was expired, she said hers had little chunks, I didn’t notice that but min had the very potent expired milk taste. However, I did try and free sample of the brown sugar waffle eggs and that was very good

Edit: upon seeing this review, the store reached out to me and issued a refund within the same day.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of a manager from uni uni for weeks. No one has returned my call despite taking my information down twice. I ordered a gift card from uni uni online but it wasn’t until after I purchased that it indicated that it was the Wisconsin location. I live in a different state but I called and they said I could use it at any Uni Uni location....
