Our family decided to go to the location tonight before the Green Bay Gamblers hockey game. We arrived two hours before the game started. He waited over an hour and a half for our food, which still never arrived. We told the waitress to bring the bill so we could pay for the drinks, but she said not to worry about it and that she would pay for it. worst food ever and horrible service. food was cold and order was messed up, server seemed bother when we asked for anything. manager came by and asked how it was, my wife told her it was horrible and the manager nodded back and said ya were short staffed. wont be back ever. maybe the next place that moves into this location after it shut downs will be better. 0 stars.
My husband and our 1 year old sat in the Green Bay West location and sat for 20 minutes as 3 different servers walked past us multiple times. Further they served 2 other groups who came in after us and we still did not get served! The worst part is they were not even busy lol. Wouldn’t recommend that location until management figures get better help!
