Had amazing pizza today at Chives Food Trucks! So great watching them make the pizza in a real wood fired oven. Fresh dough and great toppings. The mushroom, sun dried tomato, truffle, arugula pizza was wonderful. I really really hope that we get to stop by for another lunch tomorrow and here is why. In a 2 week stay enjoying the many great restaurants in Door Co we went back to the Chives Food Trucks a second time. Love all the thin, crispy pizzas. We tried the nicely fried fish and chicken sandwiches, though we wished they added a tasty sauce; maybe they do and we missed it? The cheese curds are addicting!! Try the tasty Harbor Old Fashioned with vanilla infused brandy, it’s so good! Friendly service, shady seating, a great vibe.
Great food and great location - food order was not only delicious but quick, too. Customer service needs improvement...
The bartender refused to provide me - clearly 8-months pregnant - with a tap water as part of my $65 food and beverage order. He first cited that he didn’t have tap water. When asked how he washes his hands, he backtracked and cited management’s direction that he wasn’t allowed to provide it. So that was disappointing.

Fresh sourdough and chive butter accompany many meals, and the wine and beer selection is excellent, with great cocktails available. Service is friendly and knowledgeable, and the pastry chef's desserts, including crème brûlée and the hazelnut chocolate bomb, are highly recommended. Overall, Chives Food Trucks is a must-stop spot for a fun, pleasant, and satisfying dining experience, especially before attending nearby concerts.
