We had 4 in our group. Seated quickly and offered drinks. Waiter took our order and once the food was served we didn't see him again. 1 person had ribs...amazing. 1 person had steak with little to no flavor. 1 person had a chicken quesadilla, which was very dry. I had the jambalaya with a good flavor, but only 2 pieces of sausage and the shrimp still had their shells on. I had to peel each shrimp prior to eating them.
