I love Hardee’s but this location has to be the worst in the country! No fountain soda only cans no ketchup or napkins,ordered a frisco burger and the burger was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted and the burger itself tasted like it was leftover from the day before and they wouldn’t make us fresh ones or refund us, very poor customer service, and a waste of $27👎🏿
The lady taking the order was extremely rude and our food wasn't correct. We ordered 3 curly fries and one regular and got two of each. We also ordered a Frisco burger that didn't come with cheese on it, and 2 double cheeseburgers that were singles. We went around 5:35 pm on August 15th, 2020.
I’ve never been super impressed with this location as the employees ALWAYS have attitude if you ask for anything at the window. (Sauce.. extra napkins literally anything!) and after today my family will no longer give business to this location. I was told over the speaker my total was $9.78 there is a sign that says exact change or card. So I get that ready. Then I pull up to the window and the lady says 10.00 even 🧐 ok... hand her a $10 bill.... and then I ask for a honey...read full review
