Honestly would give 0 stars if I could….. I grew up in Baldwin and as long as I remember this location has always been terrible but it’s just gone way down hill the last few years. Have been there two times this past month and both times they have messed up my order. The first time the lady was nice enough to fix it, this last time this old lady gave me this “well you didn’t speak loud enough” excuse after I had said that we had order two cones and were given sundaes. Have gone here multiple times every time we do the always mess something up have given us raw food left out whole meals/items and staff are rude food I did get was burned and package wasn't full we ordered 3 this game and they left out one and messed up the other 2 do not recommend going
