On duty manager talked and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. Didn’t even let us finishing ordering before telling us how much we owed. Unpleasant at the window and then demanded we move forward as the fries weren’t done yet.
They could get somebody's order right. When they ask for it the first time and not forget their food, or make their sandwich right they could be faster. every time I go to the Arby's there's something wrong I either missing something out of my food or they messed up my order.
My husband and I were at the restaurant at noon and were only one of two tables seated inside, but it took 20 minutes to get our food. The floors were extremely dirty with debris and very sticky. Not a clean restaurant at all.
