I have so many conflicting feelings…. The service was nice, employees were great, exept that one guy threw fry’s into someone’s bag with no gloves on… service was also SUPER slow, they were however running on 5 employees and a full drive thru line. Overall pretty decent, nice to see that they have all the a&w limited edition items and glass mugs for sale for 9$
The food at A&W is amazing and the staff are friendly. I can’t give a 5 star rating though because 95% of the time that I go through the drive thru here it takes a REALLY long time to get our food. I will say though that if you order inside the restaurant the wait time is short to get your food. So, I HIGHLY recommend going inside to order your food if you have the opportunity here. The food always has tasted amazing which is great and important!
The food was great just like when i was a kid in Wisconsin (love the rootbeer!)
All that was missing was the carhops. But the young man Ben did a great job of waiting on me and was pleasant and very helpfull.
