“I did a take out order with milkshake but when I arrived the machine was broken and one of the employees, Michelle went above and beyond to make things right. Without even asking she offered me a substitution of a slushy, a drink or a refund. I ended up choosing a drink but later on she had refunded the slushy anyways! I never once asked for any reimbursement yet Michelle guaranteed that I was satisfied with my visit. The food was great and the service was even better!“

“Baraboo KFC knocked it out of the park!  This week, we ordered lunch for our Slumberland Distribution Center.  KFC went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready on time, tasted amazing, and was in easy to serve containers.  Everyone thought the food was incredible and served at the perfect temperature.  KFC also provided us with extra plates, napkins, and utensils, along with helping us load everything in the car.  We couldn't have been more impressed with the professionalism and the outstanding service we received.  Thank you Baraboo KFC.  We look forward to ordering from you again soon!  Keep up the great work!“

“I had the Smokey Sandwich which was smoked shredded chicken on top of slaw..so tender and moist. Omg to die for. Fried pickles were amazing too. The RCS sauce was amazing to dip my fries in as well. House sauce I assume? I'll definitely be back soon.“
