When my daughter & I go to the Dells we ALWAYS stop here for the Iced Hot Chocolate drink. The owner is the absolute best and super sweet! The drink was amazing. But with only a few Gloria Jeans in the state, I didn't need the manager to yell at me that they don't honor the punch cards for free drinks. And yell at me for buying multiple drinks. I just felt he could have talked A LOT nicer to a paying customer.Update: corporate told me they are now starting up an app and doing away with punch cards but they are investigating the matter.
The staff was nice. I hadn't been to a Gloria Jean's since our local store left town, so I was excited to find some Mocha Merrimint beans!
