All the KFCs in my area closed, so I thought it would be fun to stop by one while I was out of town. The restaurant is very nice inside, and it’s fun that it’s attached to an A&W. It took a long time to get our food though. My chicken seemed pretty overcooked but the fries and biscuit were delicious. A few hours later both my boyfriend and I had stomachaches so maybe there was something wrong with the food.

5 stars for a staff that is clearly trying their hardest with a bad situation. Long wait, people spilling drinks, people complaining, but the staff kept working and did an amazing job!

Maybe they need to get the wrinkles ironed out since they just re-opened. But not the quality I remember. Certainly not when I worked at KFC many moons ago. Ordered a 2 piece meal with white meat and cheese curds. Paid and received a 4 piece meal instead. I just paid for it as staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't want to deal with hassle of canceling order and re-doing it. Chicken pieces small and were mushy so I brought them home and cooked them in air fryer.
