This place has gone down hill since covid. Staff is friendly, but they always seem short staffed like everywhere else. Hours of operation have gone down too in the off season for the area.
We ordered 2 of the same subs with 1 gluten free and the other with regular bread. The server bringing us our food didn't know one was supposed to be GF and since both breads looked similar couldn't tell the difference. We asked to take it back to make sure we knew which one was GF. Luckily I got the correct sandwich or I would have become very sick. I absolutely love their cookies, they're my sweet cheat of the week! The cashier Natalia is very nice and kind. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't have any garbage can in the lobby, but overall so clean and reasonable prices.
