“Hands down, best kept secret in the Baraboo / Dells area. The food is always incredible and has great portions. Salads and bread service come with each meal— salads are always very fresh and bread is addicting! My husband always opts for the 10oz filet and gets it blue cheese encrusted, while I like to try the chef’s specials. Both of which, we have never been disappointed with! The prices are extremely fair for the quality and portions. And, because it is such a best kept secret (for now) we’ve never encountered a wait to be seated.“

“We come to Jose’s every time I’m up here in Baraboo. Sometimes more than once in a weekend. The manager Maria is the best. She always makes sure to say hello and make sure your food is good. Andrea is also on the top of our list of favorite waitresses. We go to their trucks to eat and the Jose’s in hochunk is the best. Highly recommend.“

“Tried the bacon cheeseburger and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We sat at the bar and ate, there is also seating for families. Instead of the standard french fries, they serve freshly made chips, which were really good!
